Jawan box office collection: Shah Rukh Khan’s latest movie ‘Jawan’ is making waves at the box office! In just two days, it has crossed an incredible Rs 1000 crore worldwide. After a record-breaking opening, ‘Jawan’ continued its strong run. On the second day, it earned Rs 53 crore in India, almost matching the first day earnings of SRK’s previous film ‘Pathaan’.
‘Jawan’ had a fantastic start, surpassing ‘Pathaan’ by nearly 20% in terms of opening day earnings. It collected a whopping Rs 74 crore in India on day one, beating ‘Pathaan’s record of Rs 57 crore. So far, in India, ‘Jawan’ has earned a total of Rs 127 crore in just two days. Out of this, about Rs 47 crore came from the Hindi version.

The movie is not only in Hindi but also in Tamil and Telugu, marking SRK’s first pan-India release. Besides Atlee, the film features popular South Indian actors Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in significant roles. The Hindi version had the highest occupancy in Chennai for two consecutive days, with 66%.

Trade analysts predict that ‘Jawan’ has already crossed the Rs 200 crore mark worldwide in just two days. Some even suggest it might hit around Rs 500 crore globally by the end of its opening weekend. Total Rs 1000 crore benchmark has been achieved.
Meanwhile, ‘Gadar 2’ is also doing well, crossing the Rs 510 crore mark in India. However, it’s still chasing ‘Pathaan’s all-time record of Rs 543 crore, unless ‘Jawan’ beats it first.”
